1. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products Only) We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible physical items. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unwashed.
The item must be free of stains, odors, or damage.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required or include your order number.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Personalized or custom-made products
Handmade or made-to-order items
Digital products, downloads, journals, templates, or courses
Items marked as final sale or clearance
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide the following:
Order number
Photos of the issue
Description of the problem
We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution at no additional cost.
4. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment processor.
6. Exchanges Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in a different variant (if available). If the item is no longer available, a refund may be issued instead.
7. Order Cancellations We cannot guarantee cancellations after an order is placed. Orders for personalized, digital, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
8. Lost or Stolen PackagesWe are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
